128 and 192 grid in Logic

Hi! Logic does not show grid for /128 and /192. Searched the net and got info it's a "known bug" but topic is three years old?! Is there a work around?

And also, related to the above, is there a way to quantize between the 1/16 Swing steps (without using the Q-swing)?
