How to make a effect vst "device on/off" in Live 10 ?

Hi folks,

I have a bars loop here in my session view and I would like to enable Looperator starting from 9-17 bars only. So I tried to do things like this.

. It didn't work at all where Live enabled Looperator all the time. I think I have some misunderstanding regarding notes/envelopes setting, could anyone please help?

You unlinked and changed the Start Marker and Loop Start positions of the "Device On" Envelope, my guess is that you looped only parts that the device is On (the Envelope Loop Braces starts at 9.1.1, and with 16 bars of length it probably ends at 25.1.1), so it stays On.

My guess is that you want to move the Envelopes Loop Start to earlier, maybe 1.1.1, like the Notes Loop Brace (maybe the Start Marker too).
