Hi guys, just got Rapid, great synth btw.
I want to try the Resynthesis mode, with an imported sample of mine, but I cant seem to get Rapid to take in my samples. I tried drag n dropping the .wav file right onto the oscillator, and I also tried to import it through the menu, like in this video
But unlike in that video I dont have the last 2 tabs (Import and Information), only Wavetables and Multi-Samples.
FYI I am on Rapid version 1.7.0 and downloaded the factory sounds pack.
Anyone know how I can import a sample or get that Import menu like in the video?

I'm new to Rapid for just the last couple of days so I'm no expert but I am able to get samples to import using the built in system (not drag and drop).
Drag and Drop may have something to do with running as Admin if I remember correctly but don't quote me on that....

If no one else can offer help I'll be back later and see if we can figure out what's happening. I think it will be a good learning experience for me......

I actually found the fix through their FAQ section https://parawave-audio.com/faq
Here it is:
Q: I dropped a wave file onto the oscillator display. Import doesn't work!?
A: You have to create a User Library first. Open the oscillator browser and click on LIBRARY in the bottom left and create one with New.. by entering a name.
So I just made the user library and now I can import both through drag n drop or through the import tab which showed up for me now. My problem before was I was on the "Factory Sounds" tab in the oscillator menu before, which is why I didn't have those tabs.
Let me know if that worked for you.

Yes as I said I was able to import samples using the built in system (by creating a new user library). I don't use Drag and Drop but it's good to know it's working.
