Some question YouTube Content ID

I have used some loops or sound samples to create my own original music compositions and soundtracks. I have mixed or modified these musical works and not just exposed these samples. Some of which are apparent in the music, some are unapparent, and others have been modified in the process of production.

At the moment I want to register the Content ID for my music on YouTube. But I learned that if the music contains some non-exclusivity music of the third party, it may not qualify for Content ID. (from Guidelines for Content ID)

For the above situation, do you have some suggestions for me? Do I need to delete them?
