Having problems with Magni 3 headphone amp

I connect it into my old Audio Kontrol 1. At first it was working fine, but after some months my left earphone goes out of volume. I have to touch the cables for it to work again. I can't troubleshoot whats going on. I replaced the cables that connect the amp to the AK1 and same thing. I tried with both earbuds and my cans, same thing. There's something wrong with either the AK1 or the Magni 3. This sucks because I bought the Magni 3 basically because the headphone jack on the AK1 was busted and it didnt sound ok if I moved a bit, now im having problems again... so yeah, disappointed. Any idea of what's going on?

Sounds like the headphone jack chassis part needs replacement.
