Reaper: Receive Midi Song Select message and go to corresponding region

I'm using Bandhelper to send Midi Song Select message to Reaper.
Reaper receives it, I can see the message arrives and has correct MIDI raw hex format $F3 XX 00.
But I can't assign it to any action since it's not the expected type, it expects MIDI controller messages, etc.
What I want is for Song Select message with song #3 to perform a go to Region #3. Song #4 to Region 4, etc.
Any ideas how to do it ?
