I'm putting all of my album sales toward the preservation and restoration of wildlife in Australia following and during the fires this summer.
Specifically I'm sending money to the following two charities - the first supplies food and medical support to injured animals who've survived the fires, and the second is intended to restore habitat once the fires stop:
https://mkc.org.au/donations/trcqld
https://www.wwf.org.au/get-involved/bushfire-emergency
Also I'm going to be matching all albums sales with my own donations, dollar-for-dollar to a maximum of $200.
As you probably know, over 500 million animals have died in the fires so far, mostly native species. A third of all koalas in NSW have been killed as they are slow-moving.
Here's the albums:
https://xolve.bandcamp.com (game soundtracks and electronica)
https://onefatalpunch.bandcamp.com (progressive industrial metal)
https://thelorax.bandcamp.com (progressive acoustic)
ps. Will post a screenshot of the donations made at end of month- if any are made.

No, New Zealander - but we get the smoke over here:
https://www.stuff.co.nz/national/118593 ... ew-zealand
Aus-NZ relationship is sort of like Canada/America relationships - we don't hate each other, we're more like arguing siblings
I'm just in it for the wildlife. I visited one of Aus's bush areas early last year, was incredible. A real shame what's happening.

It pretty much passed over us rather than coming down - but I'm pretty sure I was breathing funny one of the heavy days.
Mainly it was super-weird, because your eyes adjust so quickly you couldn't tell that everything was orange. It took me looking at my cellphone and wondering why it was so blue all of a sudden to realise my eyes had adjusted.

FWIW, not many donated/purchased, but I've going ahead and donating the amount + my own dollar-for-dollar match, ignoring the amount which bandcamp and the credit card services subtract and donating what the users spent:

I'd already made a personal donation to the MKC fund, so I decided to give it all to WWF.
