Creating Single Cycle Waveforms (SCW). What kind of software?

Hey I need some advice on how to create SCW. I would like to have a versatile yet easy to use piece of software which is able to create SCW in wav format for use in my sampler. I don't primally want to make one out of samples I rather would like to generate/synthesize them. Every tip is highly appreciated.

When you have what you want go > File > Save Waves to Folder
Saving that way gets you SCW

It refuses description, allowing only the vague approach of adjectives: dark, light, raw, angelic. Who or what is making these noises? Where are they coming from and what do they point to? What kind of entity can leave such a troubling sonic remnant?
