Is it still possible to upgrade my Cubase 9 to 9.5?
Don't think so but just asking.

Is this kind of thing possible with anything? Newer versions always supercede previous ones.
You'll have to look for second-hand. Or the Market Place.
Curious as to why you aren't going for 10.5.

You can upgrade to 10.5 and then install 9.5.
