Cubase 9 Artist does not change track name

When loading a plugin the track has the plugins name.
But, when changing it, cubase does not change the name also.
Why?
Can I change that somehow?
And is it possible to pin a vst so that it does not dissapaer every time i press a button that does not belong to the vst?

Double - click the name text label and enter what you want.
Right - click the menu area of the plugin and select "stay on top".
