Bitwig crashes Sampletank 4 cs

I am on bitwig 3.1.3 and I cannot get sampletank 4 CS to load, but it loads fine in cakewalk, reaper and fl. Anyone else with this problem?

Bitwig runs all plugins in a sandbox/separate process, perhaps this is causing problems with sampletank.
