UVI Sparkverb - Any ideas on if it might go on sale soon?
If you don't eat yer meat, you can't have any pudding. HOW CAN YOU HAVE ANY PUDDING IF YOU DON'T EAT YER MEAT!?

Wasn't it just on sale? I honestly think you missed one.

UVI plate is half off now and I had been waiting a long time for it. I have other plate verbs (algos and convos) so I needed a decent sale to justify the purchase.

I have no need for sparkverb though.

Try contacting UVI support. They might help you out with the recent sale price of Sparkverb. Just be extra kind and mention you missed it for "some" reason.

I don't have it, but just trying to help.

Agree. This on sounds greate. Something between Valhalla shimmer and a normal reverb.
Real cool sound.

I agree, it has the freeze parameter so it can do shimmer, and it sounds really good, also modulation is a must for me. Cubase actually comes with 4 reverbs the only comparable one is Reverence which I don't really care for, especially as even when you set density of the tail to max you can still hear delays, not a fully diffused smooth tail.

Artsacoustic reverb is an option but I like the clean simple interface of UVI.

Thanks Mate! :tu:

it is a very nice reverb - I tend to use it for setting a general natural ambience - clean and seems to hold everything together in a space without getting overpowering

Just demo'd and hmmm not setting my world on fire.

But I'm demo'ing Thorus at the same time and damn it's good (hope they put that on sale next).

Sparkverb is very good at natural sounding reverb but, as far as my use has been, not at all an "effect" reverb

Thorus is really good but too expensive for me for the ground it covers - but great quality
