Stifft isn't listed on vst4free

it was never listed on xoxos' site due to it being a submission for the 2012 kvr plug-in competition

though the actual zip file was hosted on xoxos' web server, the only download link was here on kvr

just wondering if anyone may still have it

I have it, but not 100% sure it's ok to share. There's no mention of a license in the PDF that comes with it. If it's ok then I'll upload it to my Dropbox and share the link here
