Never before have I heard people talking about how to assign faders and knobs in logic to an external controller, int this case the Ediro PCR-30. There is no "midi learn" in logic. I have templates and I have the PCR-30 editor where you can assign controls, but is there a way to assign them in logic? Like e.g. in Reason, you just choose "midi learn".
Also, is there a way to setup my controller to controll other things than faders and pan, like plugins and VST-synths?

They REALLY want people to buy the mackie controll, don't they? :) no hassle with that controller I guess.

It's under Options Track Automation... there is a learn button... move the knob or slider and assign it to whatever function you need...

Hmm I have no learn button in Options->Track automation... I have Logic Platinum 5.5, is this feature only in logic 6?

There is a "Learn MIDI" in key commands, but ofcourse I can't assign faders and knobs to my midicontroller from there... only play, stop etc.

I'm using Pro, so I'm not sure... If it's not under Options... Track automation... Track automation settings... then maybe it isn't in that version?
