Unless you really need that much power you might look at the new Vox modelling amps (the valvetronic series) that sound very good.
They respond to playing technique and the sound of the guitar you run through them.
When using a slightly dirty sound if you play softer or turn down the guitars volume the sound cleans up like a tube amp.
I like them better than the Line6's that I have tried.

Head on over to http://www.instituteofnoise.com if you want info on any Line 6 Amps. I have a Vetta 2 myself, and I love it to death. It has all of the amp models of all the current amps they make (Including the HD147) for a total of 73 amps, as well as two amp sims at once and dozens of effects. It's only a few hundred bucks more, too. I paid $1,400 for mine, brand new. Though, I did have to talk the store owner down a little bit to get that price.
