If I use Reason inside FL (let’s say I use some of Reason’s RE like Antidote for lead etc) - save the project & close.

When I re-open the project in FL, does it automatically open Reason also & have the Reason’s synth for the lead I made? Or how does it work?

Reason rack as a vst works like a normal vst. So it doesn't open Reason itself but the vst version of Reason rack.

It should yes, remember the Re and open it with the right patch etc.

when i open the project it opens perfectly

in FL it must be the same thing

Assuming you're using Reason Rack VST and NOT Rewire, then yes. Your post isn't clear because you're not using Reason inside FL, just its Rack
