Deserves its own thread.
Not exactly an 'instrument' in the 'synth that makes sounds' kinda way, but a VST instrument none the less, so I'll plant it here.

I love tools such as this, as in my old age I'm generally starting my track ideas with a chord progression [stands back in amazement].
Similar to Feel Your Sound's 'Chord Potion', you feed it a MIDI progression. You can then program MIDI melodies and patterns via the piano roll interface and playback parameters. Coming up with phases and hooks that perhaps you might not otherwise. Simple chord progressions can quickly spark ideas for a whole track.

I bought it just some weeks ago since i liked it really after just a few minutes to demo.
I also saw the developer is very open and often includes feature requests.
Great tool and developer for me.

Yes, responsive developer. They answered my enquiries very quickly.
They've also been very generous in the past.

I will send a few requests myself soon i think.
A MIDI record button for draggable MIDI export (like ChordPotion) might be handy in some situations.

What started out as making a few presets for myself to Check how different Kontakt Presets would sound using my Phrasebox Presets.
It slowly turned into this Big 100 Presets / 528 Phrases Pack for Phrasebox.

Highly Recommended Plugin, I use it myself everyday all the time, and not just for the Beginners who are not so good with keyboard, I can see so many different ways it can help even with Professionals and Keyboard Players.

here's another idea that's slightly more radical...write the notes in your midi editor of your daw!

Don't feed the troll. He made similar and more inflammatory remarks on the Chord Potion thread. He obviously has a problem with this type software. I think he has lost his livelihood because people are no longer buying his finely crafted, nuanced compositions.
