I just ordered a used Roland JC-40 off them for a decent price. Kinda getting worried cause I ordered it three days ago and the order is STILL processing.
I've never used them before so is that normal? Not even an email to confirm that it's been shipped. 
Feeling regret, they're looking sketchy right about now.
I've heard their customer service sucks & sometimes there's problems with shipping/returns, but people claim the company itself is reliable, maybe just not so efficient. 
So please, feel free to reassure me 😂

I’ve had good experiences with them. One thing I will say is that on two occasions, they never sent me any tracking information. I had to call them up to get it. The good news is that an actual real live person answers the phone, and was very helpful in providing the information immediately. They do have an actual storefront and are a legitimate business. Their prices are often lower than average, and you’ll often see gear advertised as used, open box, or b-stock, which seems to simply be a way to get around manufacturers minimum pricing requirements. They’ll often contact you and offer you a “new” version of the b-stock you ordered for only a few dollars more, which seems to be part of their workaround. I’m not quite sure how it works, but I think that’s also part of why you’ll also see the same product listed by itself and also bundled with a pair of headphones or a guitar cable. Anyway, bottom line, they are legit and I’ve had good experiences with them. You might just need to give them a call. And of course these are unusual times, so keep that in mind.

Yeah, emailed them today. Hopefully I get a quick response back.
You're missing the part I added after that by the way, many say that have good experiences with them. However the methods they use to conduct business isn't smooth and they haven't perfected the process. Which I'm fine dealing with if it means a lower price.
Perhaps I was too quick to judge them, didn't think about how COVID might affect communications or shipping.

I’ve ordered from them several times and didn’t have a problem. But my last order did take a few days to process. I don’t know if this standard in the industry, but they also make you pay your own shipping cost on returns and that wound up being pretty expensive last time I did it.
