Free sf2/sfz VSTi that switches sample sets on MIDI program change

Can anyone please recommend a free sample player VSTi that supports SF2 and/or SFZ and can switch sample sets on MIDI Program Change messages?

It's not necessary to do an instant program change or patch remain.

This is for live keyboards. I'm currently using multiple copies of Sforzando, each with a different sample set running on a different MIDI channel (plus other VSTi's.) But I've run out of MIDI channels. I want to assign one MIDI channel to "the rest" -- the patches I use less frequently and don't need to switch to immediately.

I know I could use Cantabile to do this, and might have to. But I'm currently using Hermann Sieb's VSTHost and I really like the way I can arrange the instrument panels on the screen with minimal frames. So I'd like a VSTi that can do this, and I have a very limited budget. I was hoping Kontakt would work but I'm using the free version which does not seem to support SF2 or SFZ.

I build my own soundfonts and have all the tools I need for that. What I want is for sample playing, for big multi-layered sample sets such as for piano.

Sforzando can do Program Change, also Bank change

Just put loprog/hiprog at higher header of your sfz program (eg: <global> header)
Example :
loprog=0 hiprog=0 > for program #0
loprog=1 hiprog=1 > for program #1
loprog=2 hiprog=2 > for program #2
and so on...

For Bank select MSB : locc0/hicc0 (for percussive bank #128)
Bank select LSB : locc32/hicc32 (for melodic bank #0 to #127)
