Unusual request to English users (Writing rapper words)

Hey guys I have a unusual request When I was very young, (I was 12 years old in 1997). I really liked a Polish Eurodance song containing English rap.
I always wanted to know what the English rap of this song is about, but this song has never been popular and I can't find lyrics on the internet.
It was a project that was supposed to be similar to Ice Mc, but as usual it disappeared from the stage quite quickly
I don't know English so well until today, but I can understand basic words which are written in a book but if someone speaks in English, I don't understand much.
Could someone write rap lyrics for this song here?
In English, the title of this song is something like ''Touch your hands''. You know when a man hugs woman .
This song is for me such a nostalgic journey into the days when I was a child and for the first time I had contact with electronic dance music
