Does Sampletank show a bunch of stuff that you don't own like other IKM gear?

I find IKM's method of showing stuff in Amplitube and probably T-RackS that you don't own distracting.
Does Sampletank 4 SE do something similar?
Looking to purchase the Total Studio 2 MAX cross-grade which comes with ST4 SE and hoping that at least Sampletank doesn't use this method.
Be good to be able to look at all the included ST3 libraries from within ST4 without distractions.

you can just show the stuff you bought , it is the only one that can do this
for amplitude 4 you just dont see the unbought stuff in tracks it drives me crazy
