ESX8-CV Out 4-8

hello, i have a problem with slient way voice contrtoller and esx-cv8...i can use correctly the firts 4 output on the module, but i can't use the last 4-8 out...I also use a es-5 (all 8 trig out are ok) that works good and the esx8 combiner....
what's the solution, please?
