Reapers navigator

There is a navigator, at the buttom of reaper window to navigate through the project.
Is it possible to grab the end of the navigator and just drag it smoothly to fit my needs.
Right now, I can scroll wiht my mouswheele an it mooves etremely fast and is not very accurate.
In FLoops, you can grab the end of the navigator and just drag it and it is very smooth to adjust it
to see what ever you want to see.
