I was part of the "Group Buy" from Esoundz. I've got it all installed but cannot get SampleTank 2LE to authorize. I've gotten the digital ID number and an Authorization Code from IK but the program will not take it. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the whole nine yards. No Good! I use two swapable C: drives in the same box. One for music (stripped, no internet etc.)and one for business.
I emailed IK right away (8/26/04)for help but so far have only received an automated reply from them. My ten day grace period is running out. Is anyone else having problems getting support from IK? What other options would you suggest?
