The Modernist 2.0 is a four voice system, that is focused on reproducing detailed and varied samples of tuned percussion instruments. The Modernist 2.0 is a total rewrite of The Modernist engine, and increases the available sounds from the 20 found in The Modernist Collection V1 to 28 voices.

The Modernist series has always focused on detailed sampling of tuned percussion, and includes a number of articulations including different mallet types and brushed playing married to a clear, simple, easy to use and elegant scalable GUI.
It is possible to mix-and-match any of the voices in any combination. Each voice has a range of sound shaping and modulating capabilities, including a Humanise option. Also included are a set of master effects, tremolo effects and an arpeggiator as well as a random-voices option (press the "The Modernist" logo) and a range of presets.
The product includes Windows stand-alone application and VST plug-in, MacOS Stand-Alone application and VST and AU plugins.
