Hi. Hoping this question belongs here.
I recently got NX Room + Head Tracker. I use a BT 4.0 Dongle. The tracker is recognized but immediately turns from "Connecting" to "Unavailable". I attach my screenshot along with my BT information.

I don't have the bluetooth dongle, but is it possible that the webcam tracking takes over the BT? I see on your screenshot that camera tracking is ON. Turn it off and try to see if BT tracking works.
