Offline Activation?

Can somebody tell me, do Manytone products activate completely offline, via a serial number or licence file? To me that's important to know before I buy. Thank you.

Our products only need an internet connection to download the actual product. All activation and use is completely offline via a serial. Some of our products do not even require a serial as we send a full version installer to you.
