Streaming live!! Change voice from Male to Female ?!?

I'm interested if there is any good software so i can stream live and I want to change my voice in female because I'm a Male. I looked up online i can't find any powerful software of gear to do that so I'm asking you if you know something. I have tried Voicemod, ClownfishVoiceChanger, Voice Changer 9.5 Diamond and the quality is rubbish.
Please Help me out
