I apologise in advance if this is the wrong place to ask this but I couldn't figure out a better subforum.

I had a disaster recently which led to file system corruption while both my original and backup drives were attached.

I've managed to redownload all samples from everyone except Klang. They and Cinematique Instruments (basically the same company) do not seem to respond to emails nor, so far, to Facebook messages.

Anyone ever dealt with their support and maybe has a suggestion of a different way to get hold of them which might be more successful?

This is quite frustrating when everyone else who has limited time download links responded within about 24 hours.

Also if anyone is registered at klang.cologne can you log in to the members' area? I get a 404 after successful login.

Thanks.

If you are trying to download some older free libraries again then know that most of their older free libraries are no longer free.

It wasn't free. Those were easily downloadable and I made sure to get them all prior to September 1st. This was something for which I paid them (admittedly not much) money. Little enough that I'm almost tempted to just buy it again. But do I want to spend more money with a company which can't even acknowledge a support request?
