any tracktor 2.5 users in the crowd?

welp Native instruments help desk is kinda crap.

i cannnot install the 50 dollar update that i bought from their online shop


i have windows ME and a motu 828 the previous version werked with out a hitch (2.1)


i unistalled all previous versions and installed the 2.51 update but when i click on the short cut i get a windows error saying 'tracktorDj studio has caused an error in tracktordjstudio.exe'



any help would be greatly appreciated
