How do you change tempo for indevidual tracks in fl studio?

Hello I am new here and I have been wondering for some time now how to change the tempo on indevidual tracks in fl studio? Say so I can get my Hi Hats really fast, is this possible, or is it done trough quantizing? please help if you know, thanks

If you want something really fast, such as a roll, go to the piano roll and go to tools. I believe quick chop is what you're looking for. Make sure that you have a note going for the duration of where you want the fast hihats.
