Audio clip disappears after Time Stretch

I had never used Waveform 11's Time Stretching function before, but I had a guitar audio clip with a small timing issue I wanted to fix. I watched a tutorial on how to use it and tried it. It worked great. However, when I came back to the project the next day that audio clip was still in place but no audio was stored in it, Anyone else run across this problem?
