Hey Everybody,
If you're like me, unless you're listening to music, you have a song stuck in your head all the time. What is it?
Me, now: Under the God by Tin Machine

The new tune I'm writing with Bonteburg.
The catchline just keeps buzzin around in there...
Even though I stopped working on it a couple of hours ago.

I am working on a score for somebody. Spend all weekend working on it and today at work I just keep on hearing the thing in my head. I reworked and re-orchestrated it in my mind many times today. Sometimes I think that I get more creative by working it out this way. Tonight when I get into the studio I'll first spend a half hour jotting down the notes I got in my head before starting to work in all seriousness on the computer.

"Ocean Beach" by The Mermen.
I love this tune so much that a few years ago while at work, I put it on endless loop and played it for abour 4 hours straight. I love working to a beat.
But my co-workers were about ready to kill me...

I just got the cd on Saturday, after hearing the song in a club a few weeks before.. so it's fresh in my head and playing constantly.

"Somebody's Gonna Get Their Head Kicked-In Tonight" by Earl Vince & the Valiants.
Otherwise known as the Jeremy Spencer 1969 era Fleetwood Mac.
Amazing bit of garage band perfection.
