Is anyone powering the M Audio Firewire 410 from a laptop battery? I was thinking about getting a PCMCIA 6pin firewire port but before doing it was wondering how it would affect my battery life. I'm sure this is a simple question but can anyone tell me how to figure out overall power consumption vs. battery life?
