I do too - bought on impulse in the BF sale and not getting into it so wanting to transfer if possible

I sold mine and there wasn't a transfer fee.

Yes, you email them and they do the transfer at no charge.

I just did this today in fact and I want to call out just how outstanding their customer support is. Very refreshing.
