TenCrazy.com MFX (MIDI FX) site back up

Been called to my attention by a KVR user that my site has been down for quite a few months (after losing hosting earlier in the year), so I figured it was time to get it going again. Not that the MFX standard ever caught on, but there are apparently still a bunch of Cakewalk/BandLab users out there keeping them alive...

I've managed to get the TenCrazy.com site up and running on a new host. New SSL cert was a little slow in getting adopted, but I think it's okay now.
