Hey guys,
Im not really into Sound Design, I might do some tweaks but presets inspire me more.
So where do you guys search/find/get your banks/presets from? The only way I know is Splice ofcourse but some other sources would be helpful for me.

Thanks and regards

There is a lot of free stuff out there. Periodically packs are given away. Cymatics has a bunch for free. I got Best of Riemann packs for free (IIRC). Check sample sites. They sometimes have a section listing free things.

Other packs I think I got free at some point (you might search them--not sure if they are still available): The Unfinished (he gave one away), BetaMonkay (got drumloops), WAProd_Mantra (not sure if it was free--but likely very cheap), Standalone Music.com Stay_At_Home pack, SOR - Clicks and Glitches Vol. 4 Free Samples, RS Swen Weber - Bass Infarct Free Samples, RMX Sample Pack, Retro_Electronic, REKTCHORDZ_HOUSE_SHIFT, OV_FX, Project Sam, Old School New Pop 24-Bit Acid WAVs, Moonkits Free Loops (love the drums), ModeAudio - Selections Spring 2020, Mihai Sorohan Vowel Choir Samples, Loopmasters, Loop_Variations, LA_TRAP, Glitch with Friends, Function Loops - Corona Free Sample Pack, FREE.DOSE.SAMPLE.PACK, Drop It, Diginoize, Cinematic Textures, Boom Cinematic Free Sounds, Antiutopia SFX - Zenhiser, Black Octopus has 1.5 GB of samples.

Glitchmachines instruments have been going cheap lately (like $10 sometimes), and several of them come with a GB or more of samples for glitching.
Doing nothing is only fun when you have something you are supposed to do.

Certainly not! Try New Loops where you can get premium packs and also lots of free sounds! https://newloops.com

These are SFZ files--not sure if one can work on them in a DAW like WAV files, but it seems to be a heck of a lot for the money (77GB for $30): https://vstbuzz.com/deals/96-off-zample ... y-zampler/

It's Splice or cheap for me. Cheap like dirt cheap, see Glitchmachines deal at PluginBoutique for example. The good thing about Splice is you can check single presets and buy single presets out of their packs. Most full packs I bought are somewhat disappointing. 3 credits for a presets also looks fair to me. Loopcloud is, IIRC, more expensive. And they rub me the wrong way.
But I'm trying to get rid of it all. I did invest into sound design lately and want to get more into doing my own stuff.

Loopcloud is nice. So is Splice and Noiiz is nice..

For high quality presets we'd recommend our own, our partner designers and third parties such as Luftrum.

Good doesn't have to mean expensive and in some cases can mean free! Our own preset packs all priced at £12.95 which is exceptional value based on comparative market products. We also have free presets for download. Same link as above (and in signature).
