Sampler Instruments / Pads - Cool Features and Features you want/like

I develop Sampler Instruments and I thought it might be interesting to get insights into peoples demands and experiences.

I want to leave my question open somehow - I don´t want to make it too narrow - so I just want to ask what features you like for (which Kind of?) Sampler Instruments, which ones would you like to see, which ones others offer and make up a general Discussion about "features of Sampler Instruments".

All Kinds of Criticism and Scepsis is also welcome and interesting.
