Thanks. It is now corrected.
I was trying to have a link to a YouTube video without showing the video on the post.

Use DOT!
https://www.youtubeDOTcom/watch?v=Wl5bM ... enaProject
But KVR should allow a YouTube link without having the video appear on the post.

You could try "Do not automatically parse urls" under Options in the Full Editor, but that might not work or be as one might expect.

I've got one that probably hasn't been considered before, but I find to be one of my most essential plugins. I want you to hear me out on my reasoning, because it likely won't be obvious from the beginning--TAL-Sampler. TAL-Sampler's primary purpose is, you guessed it, being a sampler. It does a great job at being a sampler. Furthermore, it is a multi-layer sampler--four layers. What most people don't realize, is that while sampling is TAL-Sampler's main purpose, because of the way it is designed, it is also so much more. TAL-Sampler is, in fact, a full blown subtractive synthesizer as well. Tal-Sampler doesn't just play back looped multisamples transposed as various pitched notes with effects (like the a basic sampler), it also has all of the other features that make a synthesizer a synthesizer, ie lfos, filters, an incredible amount of modulation capabilities, etc. All of these things make TAL-Sampler essentially a multiple layer synthesizer with a full-blown sampler as the oscillator for each layer. But, sampling and subtractive synthesis are not the only tricks up this awesome plugin's sleeve. Because of the incredible modulation capabilities and the powerful sampler engine, you can load wavetables and modulate the loop points. This is the essence of Transwave synthesis. For you that don't know, there is not too much difference between Transwave synthesis and Wavetable synthesis. That's power! But that isn't all either. because of the powerful multisampling oscillator engine, the developer was able to allow for granular synthesis--manipulating the grains of the samples. The famous Roland JV and XP, and XV series don't have this much power. Tal-Sampler essentially provides 4 individually controlled layers that can be any or all of the following: sampling synthesis, subtractive synthesis, Transwave synthesis, and granular synthesis. In addition to all of that, you have the unique capability of choosing your DAC type. You can be as modern and clean sounding as you want, or you can perfectly emulate the DAC capabilities of older hardware like Akai or the lo-fi of the Emulator II--Vintage DAC modes (Emu II, AM6070, S1000, Sample Hold, Linear, Clean). And also, in addition to being one of the easiest samplers ever to use, you can further simplify things by simply loading SF2 or SFZ instruments to each layer. Much of the work has already been done for you by others! The included factory instruments cover most of whatever you may need, and you have full, easy power to make anything else you might want. Wow! I'm sounding like a commercial!!!!! :D I guess I should add that the plugin uses simple serial number protection, runs very efficiently, and only costs $60! :D

I ought to be an advertising copywriter!!! :D

Seriously though. TAL-Sampler is a seriously underrated plugin, and it ought to be a consideration as a "multiple sample layer plugin".

EDIT: I forgot to add that it works not only on Windows and Macs, but also Linux!! :D
C/R, dongles & other intrusive copy protection equals less-control & more-hassle for consumers. Company gone-can’t authorize. Limit to # of auths. Instability-ie PACE. Forced internet auths. THE HONEST ARE HASSLED, NOT THE PIRATES.

^Great review, thanks

audiojunkie,
I did [not] want the video to appear here that is why I added the dots ....com.
But it is ok to keep here now.
Thanks for bringing up the Transwave synthesis.
Totally new to me.
Too bad not more popular.

Does not seem to allow user samples.
Is it multi-touch capable?

It seems that you can not use your own samples. :(
At VI Control, dev told that they’re working to add it at some point in an update.
A while later now and it is definitely possible to load user samples
