Crash when VirtualCZ 1.1.1 preferences are set

Hi,
Thank you for the excellent plugin (works perfectly as a VST plugin). I really would like to use a standalone app as a librarian for my CZ-5000, but I have a problem when I try to set Preferences in standalone application. The first time I ran the app, everything was working fine, but as soon as I selected ASIO driver, then Preferences dialog is always crashing: doesn't matter if I select ASIO or DirectX, any changes just crash the standalone application.
I am running Windows 10. I would be happy to have an option to either reset audio settings to default values (maybe you van tell where to look in the Windows registry) or better to disable audio functionality and use the program as a librarian. Presets are perfect and I want to use them.

I have RME Fireface 800 external interface, but app crashes even when it is turned off. On the motherboard there is Realtek® ALC1220-VB audio.Here is how Preferences panel looks like. Whenever I try to change any audio settings, program crashes:
