No sound when I play a progression.

So, I have the Stereo Grand selected as my preset under the instrument of GeneralUser GS-RC.sf2.

I have chord preview enabled on the Master Track and that works just fine. Also, the test tone works just as it should.

But, whenever I press play, I get no sound produced from the default chord progression that is available when you first start a new composition.

My audio gain is at 0.0 dB.

If anyone has any suggestions beyond everything that I have listed above, please let me know because I am at a loss.

Also, the metronome plays just fine and I am in the range of C4.

And, lastly, I’m using the standalone version of the 4.03 demo on MacOS 10.15.7.

Hi Remedial,

you should add phrases to a track in order to play them back (e.g. press Ctrl-Shift-H to fill a track with chords, with join and magnet options). Or drag phrases onto the track, or just double-click in the track to add the current phrase from the browser.
