Voxengo VSTs not Updating

hi folks,

decided to update my voxengos today, and using the method ive been using since ancient times i downloaded the installers and installed the vst2 x64 files exactly where my previous ones were.

After that i went to use the plugins only to find out that the version (on the plugins interface and in the file browser) hasnt changed.

now that's some peculiar ship ive never experienced before.

has any person here had any issues with that sort of behavior and possess any solutions? im on win10
