I've sent a couple of emails over the last month trying to get hold of support regarding retrieving a licence for Echomelt. Not getting any response.

Same here - I have sent a couple of e-mails over the past few days looking for purchase information, but no response yet?

Yeah Jack got back to me eventually. I sent him another email a couple of days ago, but I'll be more patient this time

Hi Jack, I sent you an email on August 24, but I respectfully prefer to wait, I don't re-send until at least two weeks have passed. should I do it now?
