Does anyone know what has happened to the portal on music-society.de
It says it has been disabled by the administrator. I believe he posts on this forum hopefully he will tell us why he disabled it.

I messaged Bam and he said he was thinking of closing the forum down as next to nobody ever posts there now, which is a shame but I understand why as I really did not post much on the forum. KVR is really the only music related forum I post on. Anyway as posted above Bam started a blog fairly recently where he posts VST download links and information on the VST downloads. You can download without registering but I will probably register as he has taken the time and effort to put it out there.

aw, thas a shame

but i have to admit i rarely posted there myself. Anyway great that there is a blog though. there are some gems to be downloaded there, few i already have.

For the record, the website/blog music-society.de is closed since the end of June 2025.
Its owner stated on June 1st, 2025:

"Diese Seite wird noch bis zum 22.06.2025 online sein, danach wird sie nicht mehr verfügbar sein.
Ab dem 23.06.2025 wird sie dauerhaft offline sein.
Da es kaum Einnahmen über die Werbung gab und leider keine Spenden, bin ich bei meiner kleinen Rente gezwungen, den Server zu kündigen.
Dies ist der letzte Beitrag, da ich keinen Sinn mehr darin sehe, weiterhin kostenlose Musiksoftware vorzustellen.

This site will remain online until June 22, 2025, after which it will no longer be available.
From June 23, 2025, it will be permanently offline.
As there was hardly any income from advertising and, unfortunately, no donations, I am forced to cancel the server due to my small pension.
