I am interesting focusrite fast comp by sonible, does any one know the different between that fast comp and sonible smart comp?
It seem the same concept.

Can we just purchasing instead 15 months subscription?
Any info?

The FAST plug-ins are using a similar processing engine (the algorithms for both plug-ins were developed by sonible), but the features and UI are focusing on minimum complexity here. So while sonible's smart:comp allows to tweak a lot of details (e.g. attack and release shape, detection focus, ...) the FAST Compressor provides more guidance. So depending on your taste and level of experience, you may prefer one over the other. Both offer a free demo, so maybe just give them a try.

Besides, I heard from Focusrite that they are also working on a perpetual license model in addition to the 15 months payment plan - so stay tuned!

BTW the Sonible Smart stuff is quite interesting and helpful.
One of my better plugin investments for sure.
