Anyone can breakdown to the chords in this loopsample? Even better if you could help me with some midi, would love to know every little detail, not just the chords but all the little notes.

Regarding the Rhodes-question ... sorry, no idea. I even looked and thought that Modartt had something like this, but no .. "just" E-Pianos. I have their Honer collection, which sounds really cool, but not the Rhode sound you are looking for, unfortunately.
