Hi, I've seen this image of Antares Auto-Tune featuring cent adjustment of the notes:
I've also heard that Melodyne studio has that feature. But do you know of any pitch correction that features cent adjustments that is less expensive or even free?
Alternatively it's also ok if fine-tuning the pitch is archived in another way like .scala-file support or if you can at least change the reference A (from 440 Hz) and the temerament (from Equal) to Just Intonation or Well Tempered for example.

The free versions of both Auburn Sounds' Graillon 2 and Melda's MAutoPitch enable you to change the reference pitch, but that's about it. CrispyTuner is $50 and has a scale function, but I've not checked this out.
I'd be surprised if there were a low cost plugin that could change the temperament. But honestly, if you're looking at such a specific tuning function you probably need the quality to make it worth using. I use the first two when they're appropriate, because they're easy to slap on and proceed, whereas Melodyne requires a little fiddling. But there is no comparison sound quality-wise. Melodyne sounds very good and Graillon 2 and MAutoPitch are not at all in its ballpark, useful tools though they are. So even if they had the functions the end result would probably not sound good enough for you. I *believe* you don't need Studio to get this out of Melodyne, that Editor will do it, but it's not totally clear from their chart.

zplane reTune can change the -/+ cents of all the individual 12 keys in Real-Time and it also does Polyphonic Auto-Tune in Real-Time.

Well for something that is quite basic there is that new Waves Vocal Bender that is out. That has modulation and will let you mess with the formants as well.
I have to admit that I haven't tied it yet myself, but I keep running into people on the web that quite like it. So I'm really just speaking for them in this particular instance.
