I've had the collection for years, but then out of nowhere, today I get a message saying that iLok can't authorize because of a change in my hardware or the plugin isn't installed--both of which doesn't make sense because I did nothing different, added no hardware, or anything to cause the issue. So, I checked my iLok and it said to update, did that. Nothing. Next, I deactivated and reactivated my license, that did nothing. Then I uninstalled, reinstalled the pack, still nothing.
Anyone know what's happening?
Air CREATIVE FX COLLECTION and iLok issue, need help.

If windows 10, perhaps some background update adjusted an identifier that
ilok relies on. Probably check with their tech support. ilok is known to
suddenly see a computer as an alien invader, with the tiniest of detectable changes.
What's your exact OS version, and did it update itself at a time when you were
not using an ilok 'secured' plugin? My money says Bill Gates changed your:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MAC_address (just because he can)
google : ilok identifier "MAC address" for examples
Cheers

Yes, my computer did do some updating on its own. I notice this when I'm suddenly kicked off the internet and then when I turn my computer off, it doesn't completely shut down for about 10 to 20 minutes.
Thank you, I'll look into that.
