I can't get Samplitude Pro X5 to load ample sound presets. Is there a compatibility issue and who's at fault. In my case I loaded an Ample Sound Les Paul plugin and selected the 80's Solo Amp. In reloading the project, the plugin loads but the preset gets set to default... Is there a technical support link to amplesound.net or is this the only link to their support... Thanks!
