Reason high-res beta starts soon!!!

Reason is going high def! The future of Reason has never looked so clear and we’d love your help testing it out. It’s no secret that we’ve been hard at work this year updating Reason to support high resolution displays and now the time has come when we’d like to see it installed and tested on as many computers as possible to ensure the best performance and compatibility when Reason 12 is released. That’s right – Reason 12 is coming soon, but more on that later!

Until then, you can already start enjoying the high resolution Rack and appreciate each crisp Reason device with your face up close to the screen as you pour over the crisp new detail. Believe us, we’ve been doing it for months!

There's a bit of a disconnect between the premise of the video ("it shouldn't be like that, we fixed it!") and the reality of attaching this to what will likely be an expensive update.

Stupid question - when it says that you need a Reason 11 Standard license to participate in the beta, does this mean that Reason 11 Suite owners are ineligible?

Was wondering about it too, but Mattias said on ReasonTalk he's been testing it with his Suite license, so I'm guessing it should work, too

Suite owners should be included.
My license had reason STD and suite as upgrade..so ..i should not be punished for upgrading...right..
Q is...
If someone has suite 11 and activates it when 12 is announced / out...will they get reason 12 as grace upgrade?...it would be great to know...

You mean Reason 11 serial that wasn't yet registered?

I'd guess so, but only if they'd activate it close enough - few weeks? - to 12's release date. Grace periods are usually up to a month or so.
